F. Randall Kirchner, M.D.
F. Randall Kirchner, M.D. is a graduate of the L.S.U. Medical School in New Orleans. His internship was at the University of Kentucky Medical School- Lexington, KY. He served as an officer in the U.S. Navy Medical Corp from 1969 to 1971 spending 1969 through 1970 in Vietnam with the U.S. Marine Corp. Dr. Kirchner completed his residency in Ophthalmology at L.S.U. Medical Center- Shreveport in 1974 and his fellowship in Retinal disease at the Presbyterian Hospital-University of the Pacific in San Francisco, Ca in 1975.
Dr. Kirchner has practiced comprehensive ophthalmology in the Shreveport-Bossier area since 1975 and is a clinical associate professor of the ophthalmology department at L.S.U.H.S.C- Shreveport.
He is board certified in ophthalmology, married with 3 children and 4 grandchildren. |
