Jeffery E. Faludi, M.D.
Dr. Jeffrey Faludi is a graduate of Louisiana State University in Baton Rouge, Louisiana. His medical training includes a medical degree from Louisiana State University Medical School, in New Orleans, Louisiana, an internship at Louisiana State University Medical School in Shreveport, Louisiana and residency in ophthalmology at Greater Baltimore Medical Center in Baltimore, Maryland. He was the chief ophthalmology resident at Greater Baltimore Medical Center.
Dr. Faludi is board certified in ophthalmology by the American Board of Ophthalmology. Dr. Faludi served as a Medical Officer in the U.S. Army General Medical Corps.
He is past president of the Shreveport Medical Society and was Chief of Surgery at Physicians and Surgeons Hospital. He was on the board of directors for Shreveport Medical Society, the Biomedical Research Foundation, Louisiana Association of the Blind, the United Way, and the State Medical Advisory Committee. He is an associate clinical professor at Louisiana State University Medical School in Shreveport, Department of Ophthalmology. |
